Is my device transferrable in case the vehicle is sold or in the event of an accident?
SURE. BRIBMAC Tracker device is carefully removed and re-installed in a different vehicle or you can transfer to the new owner at an agreed fee and get a new one and your data transferred to the new vehicle and the buyers data inputted to the previous unit.
Does the Tracking system use mobile or satellite technology?
BRIBMAC Tracking system uses Mobile and Satellite technology, GSM and Global Position System communication for all communication and integration purposes.
Can I be able to monitor fuel on my vehicle?
CORRECT. BRIBMAC Tracking system can help you know when the fuel is siphoned, enables you to match fueled liters to receipts and know your vehicle consumption rate while reporting with the use of graph the whole usage for different vehicles.
In the event of an accident, is there a replay report that would assist in knowing what happened?

How do I know if the tracking device has been installed?
After installation of the tracker, BRIBMAC Tracking system will immediately give you the access rights to the platform. You can access the platform through the various devices be it mobile app or web app. This will be shown by one of our technician how it works.
Since the technician knows where the device has been installed, how sure I’m I that they will not collude for a malicious act?
BRIBMAC Tracking is very careful in job segregation and vetting of employees. Different roles are assigned to different individuals. A technician will only install the tracking device and a different tracking team will handle the roles of system from access controls to administration. We have Service Legal Agreement between the client and company not forgetting our staffs who signs Confidentiality Agreement.
Can I track my vehicle outside our country?
Yes. With BRIBMAC Company, you can track the vehicle anywhere in Kenya and even beyond the borders with our versatile system which is accessible via the world wide web.
How long does it take to install a tracking device?
The installation process takes less than an hour, without any inconveniences to you and account creation approval after installation.
How long is my contract with BRIBMAC Tracking LTD?
Your contract with BRIBMAC Tracking is only terminated when you requests. The contract is on a renewal basis with a fee charged annually as per the quotation and policy approval.
How long does BRIBMAC Tracking system last
BRIBMAC Tracking system is well developed and maintained to last for long as our device unit has capability to preserve power and also guarantee from manufacturers. Maintenance of the device is minimal.
Can I access and see my reports even after months?

SURE. You are open to any platform using your own credentials from phone, laptop, tablets, or any portable devices with access to internet as our system is cross platform. All access are directed to be off after some minutes of delay or not in use for any platform.
